i saved game in kknd2 after few hours i was load it 10 seconds after the game was loaded it writes me "MISSION FEILED" and after i saved the game i played anothe hour and nothing happend
why is that happend and what can i do?

Just a note that you cannot save any custom missions. These missions can only be played to completion in one sitting.

Other than that, you shouldn't have problems saving and loading campaign missions.
