I am hooked up via cable modem. What do I have to do for someone to see my game I am trying to host? My service provider is Charter Communications. I am not behind a firewall to my knowledge.

BlackIce was not activated this morning or yesterday when Nahoo and I were trying to play, I activated it to check my setting for another program for online gaming. Seems though I need others IPs so I can grant clearance for them to play when I host though whether or not I have it active.
