When I play in multiplayer mode or in single player, a message appear after a while saying :Couldn't cerate new unit. I don't know why because my population limit is not a the top (the bar is still green) and I just can't create new units even if I kill some. Please help me!

I have the same problem.

I don't have a guide, does anyone know?

By guide what do you mean? Because I have the manual, and it says nothing about that.
